About the Role
An opportunity for an Indirect Tax Manager to join a growing international business. You will support global VAT/GST compliance, advisory, and process improvements across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding of new clients/markets from a tax perspective
Monitor registration thresholds and cross-border tax requirements
Work with external advisors and compliance providers
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams
Ensure correct tax setup across systems and processes
Support audits, reporting, and tax governance
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Track regulatory changes and provide guidance to stakeholders
Requirements
3-6 years' experience in indirect tax / VAT
Strong knowledge of EU/UK VAT; exposure to US/Canada tax an advantage
Experience with multi-country tax compliance and OSS/IOSS
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial mindset with attention to detail
Experience working with external advisors
Background in an international business
Exposure to tax systems / ERP platforms
Tax qualification (AITI CTA or equivalent)
Big 4 or professional practice experience
