Excel Recruitment is searching for a Dual Site Store Manager for our client based in Abbeyfeale, Limerick.
Salary: €55k – €60k DOE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our client's thriving network of convenience stores. This retailer is seeking a talented Store Manager to ensure excellent standards in-store. As a Dual Site Convenience Store Manager, you will need to have experience running a grocery retail store as well as a commitment to customer service.
This role would suit a talented Assistant Manager who is looking to progress their retail career and take full responsibility for the overall day-to-day running of the convenience retail store.

Your role and responsibilities:
5. The overall day-to-day running of a busy convenience retail store
6. Stock control and stock ordering, negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best margin
7. Cash management procedures
8. Opening and closing the store and attending alarm calls when necessary
9. To achieve and control set targets on Sales, Wastage and Gross Profit as agreed with Store Owner
10. To ensure Customer Service is of the highest standard
