* Manage budgets, staffing levels, and stock control to maximise efficiency and profitability.
* Drive operational improvements and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar Operations, Deputy General Manager, or Senior Duty Manager role within a food-led hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Sound understanding of restaurant operations, accommodation management, and financial controls.
