Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team in Dublin.
About the Role:
* This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong reconciliation skills and payroll experience to contribute to the smooth running of the office.
Duties:
1. Process and reconcile sales and purchase invoices
2. Perform daily cash receipts reconciliation
3. Maintain and update stock records
4. Support accounts and marketing departments with general admin tasks
5. Monitor debtor days and assist with debt collection
6. Generate sales invoices and purchase orders
7. Manage accounts payable and receivable
8. Assist with payroll processing
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts administration
* Strong reconciliation skills across multiple accounts
* Payroll experience is a distinct advantage
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel
* Familiarity with accounting software packages
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
