We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Compliance Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our business operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

* Protect the company resources by achieving full compliance with standard operating procedures, HACCP, H&S, and other external/legal compliance requirements.

* Lead the Branch team to consistently achieve Wholesale Excellence standards by ensuring the site is fully compliant with both internal and external compliance requirements.
">
* Design and implement audit processes to ensure full compliance across the site.
">
* Prepare, coordinate, and execute audits on an agreed frequency.
">
* Oral and written reporting of issues arising during audit work with corrective action plans in place.
">
* Drive implementation of control improvements required to achieve full compliance.
">
* Review, monitor, and report results of quarterly self-certification checklist versus audit result.
">
* Promote good corporate governance and internal control practices across the site.
">
* Control adherence point of contact for external and internal auditors regarding operational procedures.
">
* Work with the site to simplify business processes, reduce costs, and improve performance.
">
* Ensure all colleagues are fully trained in compliance areas and accurate records are maintained.
">
* Maintain stock integrity through cyclical counting and stocktakes.
">
* Proactively manage waste prevention.
">
