We're now looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our property in top shape.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the property (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
Respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of communal areas, fixtures, and equipment
Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
Reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize tasks
Flexibility to work some weekends or evenings if required
