Job Overview
The Trades and Labour Manager is responsible for supervising the recruitment, management, and coordination of on-site trades personnel.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in Mechanical and Electrical Trades on significant projects in Ireland and Europe is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment of skilled trades to support project requirements
2. Evaluating trade skills and ensuring adequate training
3. Daily communication with site and project managers
4. Weekly updates to finance and payroll teams
5. Liaising with HR for contract management
We require:
* At least 10 years' experience working with M&E trades and labour
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Multidisciplinary stakeholder management experience
* Experience in coordinating disciplinary procedures
* Fair but firm management approach
