Clinical Nurse Managers 2/Social Care Leaders are sought for Person Centred Residential Services & Supports in Cork City & County.
Job Overview:
The role involves leading dedicated teams in delivering meaningful respite experiences that align with HIQA standards and organisational values. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults receiving care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the service in accordance with Health Act 2007 and HIQA regulations ensuring a safe, respectful, person-centred, and rights-based environment for all service users.
* Support and manage governance, staffing, scheduling, risk management, and service planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
* Foster a positive team culture promoting professional development, reflective practice, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare and social care.
Requirements:
* A recognised qualification in Social Care or Nursing (RNID preferred) or an equivalent qualification.
* Registration with CORU or in the process of registering with CORU (for social care professionals).
* Registration with NMBI (for nurses).
* A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in the health and social care sector.
* A minimum of 3 years' supervisory or management experience in a health or social care setting.
