We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Programme Manager to lead transformative initiatives within our organization.
This role requires a strategic thinker with robust project management skills and a passion for driving change.
You will have the ability to develop and articulate a clear vision for change aligned with Musgrave's strategic goals.
You will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
We are open to applications in Dublin and Cork.
Key Responsibilities: Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to support the transition and ensure sustainable outcomes Programme Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of change programmes within Musgrave, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and Musgrave values Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and independent retail partners to ensure the smooth implementation and adoption of change initiatives.
Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans with a particular focus on the change components of the change, manage resources, timelines, budgets, and risks associated with change programmes.
Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Process Analysis & Mapping: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimisation and document future state processes.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees to help them adapt to new processes and systems.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes, decisions, and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of change initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferable).
Proven experience in programme management and/or business change roles, preferably within the retail sector.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
