Essential Skills & Requirements
IT Degree
– a strong academic IT foundation is mandatory.
Technical IT Experience
– early-career experience in coding, DBA work, or infrastructure build, demonstrating a solid technical base.
Minimum 5 years experience in IT with 2-3 years experience as a BA or Systems Analyst
delivering IT changes or small projects, ideally in
Finance systems
(Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or other enterprise-level systems in the Gartner Magic Quadrant).
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
, with experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling.
Familiarity with
Agile, Kanban, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies
.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills.
Experience in
hybrid teams and third-party vendor collaboration
.
Understanding of
software development lifecycle, QA, and information security
.
What You'll Do
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyse, document, and simplify business processes to support transformation initiatives.
Support requirements gathering, modelling, dependency mapping, and impact analysis.
Prioritise product backlogs, user stories, and project deliverables.
Facilitate
UAT, deployment, and smooth execution of sprints/milestones
.
Contribute to IT transformation initiatives across Finance and HR systems.
