LSC have a great contract opportunity for Master Data Associate to join a leading Cork based pharmaceutical company supporting External Manufacturing internationally.ABOUT THE ROLEThe DPEM Master Data and Materials is responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality, integrity, and timeliness of Master Data related to SKU lifecycle management - creation, maintenance, and discontinuation - for External Manufacturing operations, focusing on Contract Manufacturers in the Out of US Region to produce drug products under the Client's brand.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:Create, change, and maintain local plant master data in SAP for new SKUs, modifications, and discontinuations, following established processes and services.Execute data design and master data maintenance activities, include oversight of Quality Management as it relates to master data in DPEM.Troubleshoot SAP execution problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.Coordinate with the Global Master Data Team to ensure alignment between local and global data.Work with Local Planners and SMEs to collect and validate information required for SKU creation or modification.Maintain a calendar for SAP data reviews and ensure timely execution.Perform data consistency and accuracy audits, report results, and propose improvement actions.Facilitate the review of Bills of Material (BOM) and Recipes with SMEs.Develop and maintain Data Stewardship procedures, processes, and job aids.Participate in annual standard costing reviews and updates.Contribute to global Master Data Management initiatives, attend power user forums, and apply learnings locally.Act as the central point of contact for Change Controls (CCs), assess system/data impact, recommend changes, and manage DSP requests.Partner with multiple business functions (Technical Services, Quality, Logistics, Global Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) for system integration and data discovery for new and existing products/materials.Support SAP release testing, implementation of global design changes, and new system rollouts.Provide guidance to SMEs in other areas to facilitate data collection for new item creation.Act as SME in cross-functional project teams for new products, systems, or business opportunities.Promote data quality culture and internal training on Data Stewardship.Support the DPEM Supply Chain digitalization agenda, contributing to process automation and data-driven improvements.Manage "Client-owned" materials and those supplied to Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).Manage Purchase Orders as a proxy for planners, ensuring timely and accurate execution.ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?College degree or equivalent work experience in technical, business, or related fields.At least 3 years experience in a similar role.Proficiency in SAP R/3, APO, Microsoft Office; familiarity with DSP and Trackwise.Strong attention to detail and understanding of accurate data management principles.Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.Solid computing skills and numerical aptitude.Fundamental understanding of Supply Chain principles (procurement, manufacturing, planning, customer service).Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment to meet deadlines.Commitment to workplace safety and support of corporate and site HSE goals.**Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
