We are a busy, high-end Skin & Beauty Clinic looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients while managing a very busy reception area.
This role requires someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding customer service and client care at all times
Managing a busy front desk with professionalism and efficiency
Using Phorest software to manage bookings, client records, and day-to-day operations
Handling administrative duties including filing invoices, stock management, and placing supplier orders
Managing inventory, website backend stock updates, and voucher systems
Supporting the wider clinic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You:
Previous reception experience in the skin, beauty, or aesthetics industry is essential
Proficient in Phorest software
Highly organised with excellent administrative and IT skills
Strong communication skills with a warm, professional manner
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A passion for the beauty and wellness industry
