We are looking for an experienced technical delivery leader with a strong track record in implementing large-scale business systems.
Experience with HRIS, ERP, or CRM implementations is valued, and SAP experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of the HRIS transformation, from planning to deployment.
Liaise with stakeholders and an external vendor.
Manage integrations with existing systems and oversee retirement of legacy applications.
Drive governance, risk management, and sharper project accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage dependencies across technical and business teams.
Enhance reporting, data accuracy, and business processes through smart technical delivery.
Qualifications
Proven success delivering ERP, CRM, or HRIS projects in complex environments.
Strong project management, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership.
Confident working across global teams and delivering against challenging timelines.
