Senior Talent Attraction Professional
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Attraction Professional to join our dynamic recruitment team at Europe's largest airline group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full recruitment process for key business areas, partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, and designing the recruitment strategy for open roles across various business areas.
* Owning the entire recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, screening of candidates, shortlisting, facilitating interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates.
* Managing and maintaining all recruitment-related queries, including applicant inquiries, role queries, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full cycle recruiting: developing job descriptions, promoting Ryanair as an employer of choice through events and university visits, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
* Delivering effective recruitment strategies and outcomes, including streamlining processes and improving candidate experience.
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum one year of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Adaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* A good sense of humour and eagerness to progress.
Desirable:
* Experience using SAP Success Factors.
