We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join a growing team, supporting consultants and wider business functions while developing the skills needed for progression.

Clear career pathway: This role is designed to develop you into an Account Manager within Commercial Insurance, with full training, mentoring, and professional qualification support provided.

Key Responsibilities


Prepare and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
Support business documentation and client-related materials
Arrange travel, meetings, and team events
Manage diaries and coordinate schedules Attend meetings and record key updates
Support administrative processes across teams
Provide reception cover when required
Maintain accurate records and filing systems


About You


Administrative experience or A-Level/graduate seeking a career opportunity
Strong IT skills (Word & Excel)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive attitude and genuine interest in building a career
Right to work in the UK on a permanent basis


Salary & Benefits


Starting salary: £25,000
