Office & Accounts Administrator
The key role of this position is to provide administrative and financial support to the organization.
* Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier accounts with accuracy
* Support fleet administration including maintenance documentation and scheduling
* Manage monthly staff expenses and ensure timely reimbursement
A strong candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software, as well as attention to detail.
