An established manufacturing group in
Longford
is seeking an
FP&A Analyst
to join its growing finance team.
This is an ideal role for a qualified accountant who wants to build strong commercial finance skills and contribute to data-driven decision making.
Working closely with the Group FP&A Manager, you will support financial planning, performance analysis and strategic insight across the business.
This is a full time, permanent role.
It is hybrid, 2 days on site 3 days from home.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day commercial and operational analysis (sales, margin, overheads, promotions, profitability)
Assist with annual budgets, forecasting cycles and long-term planning
Prepare variance analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership
Build and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reporting
Develop financial models to evaluate performance and trends
Deliver ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis to inform strategy
Contribute to continuous improvement across the finance function
Requirements
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
1–3 years' experience in a finance role, ideally FMCG or manufacturing
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools an advantage
Comfortable working with large datasets
