Order Fulfillment Associate
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain communication with customers regarding order status, issues, and changes.
The Order Fulfillment Associate will also be responsible for coordinating with inventory and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, issues, and changes
* Coordinate with inventory and shipping departments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar role
* Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
