Our client is expanding their Site Projects group and is looking for an experienced
Construction Supervisor / Coordinator
to help deliver multiple multidisciplinary projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
If you have strong construction coordination experience and enjoy working hands-on at site level, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.
What You'll Do
Planning, prioritising, and scheduling daily works
Reviewing and filtering incoming work requests
Approving RAMS and ensuring safe execution of tasks
Managing site access and working closely with area reps
Signing and overseeing permits to work
Partnering with HSE teams to uphold safety excellence
Monitoring contractor training and compliance
Supporting quotation development and refining work requests
Tracking PO activity for contractor works over €5k
Reviewing dayworks, contractor hours, and weekly attendance
Assessing and approving contractor quotations
Responding to safety incidents and ensuring corrective actions
Continuously adapting to evolving business and project needs
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related technical field)
5+ years of construction experience, ideally in Pharma / Biopharma
Strong computer skills across Windows applications: Word, PowerPoint, Project,
advanced Excel
, and Access
Excellent communication and stakeholder-coordination skills
A proactive, safety-focused mindset
