You'll champion human rights, foster community integration, and ensure high standards of care and governance.Person SpecificationLead and coordinate person-centred services aligned with HSE policy and regulations.Drive community inclusion and active citizenship.Support staff performance and service delivery with strong leadership and oversight.Maintain compliance with best practice and relevant legislation.Essential Criteria: NMBI registration5+ years post-registration experienceManagement qualification and minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership roleSound understanding of the legislative and policy framework foundation and standards and best practice methodology that apply in the disability sectorFull clean driving licence and access to own car is essentialExhibit an excellent knowledge / understanding of developments in HSE Social Care Policy and national regulations, particularly HIQA's National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities and Time to Move on from Congregated Settings - A strategy for Community Inclusion.Further information: Please apply by Tuesday 8th of July.
