Your Key Responsibilities

* Conduct training sessions in diverse formats—classroom, virtual, and hands-on learning.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Education & Experience: A third-level qualification in Training, Education, or Community Work (or exceptional experience in one of these areas).
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
* Passion for Road Safety: A genuine drive to make a difference in communities.
* Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
* Independence & Teamwork: Works well autonomously and collaboratively.
* Adaptability & Energy: A positive, proactive approach in a changing environment.
* Attention to Detail: Organizational skills that ensure smooth training sessions.
* Child Protection Awareness: A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
* Full Clean Driving License (Category B): A company vehicle will be provided.
* Fluent English (Irish an advantage).
