Job Overview:
Nua Healthcare Services is a leading private healthcare provider specializing in residential and supported living services for individuals with complex needs. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Person In Charge.
Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of high-quality care and services within the centre
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Health Act 2007 and the Care and Support of Residents in Designated Centres Regulations 2013
* Manage a team of staff to provide support to residents and coordinate input from other departments as required
* Provide mentorship and leadership to team members
* Oversee the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient delivery
Requirements:
* Level 7/8 degree in a health or social-related field (or equivalent qualification with management experience)
* Full clean driver's license
* Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a similar healthcare setting
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and IT skills
