Key Responsibilities
Administration & Process Management
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of operational processes.
Prepare, process, and track documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and supplier forms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM, ERP, and financial systems.
Support the creation and refinement of operational workflows and
standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for management review.
Assist with compliance checks, audits, and data accuracy initiatives.
Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
Track orders, shipments, and stock movements; resolve delays or discrepancies proactively.
Schedule and monitor transport and delivery operations as required.
Finance & Reporting Support
Collaborate with the finance team to support billing, payments, and reconciliations.
Monitor budgets and assist with expense tracking and cost control.
Provide accurate administrative and financial data for decision-making.
Requirements
Experience in either: project management, inventory management, procurement, operations, logistics, administration, or finance.
Strong technical skills — confident using spreadsheets, CRM/ERP systems, and other digital tools.
Highly organized, methodical, and process-oriented with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems.
Valid driver's license required.
