We are committed to delivering cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service and are looking to hire for the newly created role of Digital Screens Manager to develop and build this business further.

As the Digital Screens Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and strategic development & management of our digital screen network, across Musgrave group. You will play a key role in ensuring the digital screens are in line with Musgrave recommendations and will work closely with internal cross functional teams, retailers and suppliers to ensure standards & services are maintained and governed.

We are open to applications from Cork or Dublin.

Key responsibilities of the role include the following:

Act as the screens subject matter expert within Musgrave and with our Retail and Wholesale partners, suppliers and other key cross functional stakeholders including Marketing, IT, Digital, Trading, Store design & Sales teams.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and reach of digital screens across the Musgrave network.

Develop an effective operating model for all screens across the retail estate, that simplifies rollout, management and support.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients and partners, supported by Group procurement

Create and manage budgets, forecasts & business updates related to the digital screen network.

Develop and manage commercial partnerships with screen providers to maximise revenue and delivers an excellent customer experience.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand screens capabilities and return on investment of the digital screen network.

Manage the day-to-day operations of digital screens, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

Work with the Elevate & Marketing teams to ensure adherence to content guidelines and standards, to ensure high-quality and engaging content is displayed.

Monitor and analyse screen performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Have ongoing engagement & communications with retailers & wholesale partners, providing recommendations for best-in-class digital solutions & experiences & standards .

Work closely with existing screen provider partners (hardware & software) to ensure standards are being maintained, with a continuous improvement approach always being taken.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital screen management.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Educations, Skills & Experience:

A third level qualification in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is desirable.

Experience in commercial management, including contract negotiation and operational planning.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Confidence to question and challenge status quo and propose more efficient ways of working.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation

Previous experience in digital screen management or a similar role that delivered commercial win/wins for all stakeholders is desired.

Strong technical skills and familiarity with digital screen software and hardware and knowledge of the media industry would be advantageous but not essential.

This is aninitial 12 month contract.

Musgrave operate a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Business travel to other locations will also be required.
