We are looking for a reliable and energetic Bar Back/Floor Person to support our busy bar operations particularly during peak weekend hours.
You'll play a crucial role behind the scenes to ensure the bar runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Replenish stock, ice and other supplies for bartenders throughout service
* Rotate stock effectively to minimize waste and stock up as per specifications
* Keep cold room tidy, well organized and stocked appropriately
* Clear full skips and sort
* Ensure fire escapes are fully clear
* Deal with any spillages/ wet floors quickly and safely
* Clear any glass or bottle breakages quickly and safely
* Report and maintenance issues to the manager
* Support general cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and store areas
* Step in to help with other duties as required to support the team
