Sales Engineer
to join their team and drive business development across the Irish market.
The Role
The
Sales Engineer
will be responsible for developing and managing sales of a broad range of
mechanical process equipment
. This role combines
technical understanding
with
strong commercial skills
, engaging directly with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell mechanical process equipment across Ireland.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers in
Pharma, F&B, and Dairy
industries.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
* Provide technical support, including equipment selection and process optimisation.
* Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
About You
* Degree or diploma in
Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering
(or similar technical field).
* Proven
track record in sales of process or mechanical equipment
.
* Experience selling into
Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or Dairy
industries.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage with engineers and decision-makers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable managing a territory.
* Full clean driving licence required.
