Job Title: Experienced Cooks Reqd for Busy Deli Location: Forkhill Full-time positions available at approx.
40 hours per week, working within Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required.

You will be responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings including pre-packed dishes, maintaining exceptional food standards, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and hygienically.You will assist with leading, managing, and motivating a team to ensure daily operations and production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner items to a consistently high standard.
Always maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, HACCP and internal policies.
Manage time efficiently to meet service demands.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen and Deli staff.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar workplace or environment.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day week.
