Operations Manager Job Description
We are currently inviting applications for a skilled Operations Manager to lead our Management team in their Co Mayo Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the Hotel and the role reports directly to the owners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise revenue by effective management of the Hotels operations across the food and beverage outlets, develop new Revenue streams and service opportunities
* Manage payroll costs of all departments
* Organise the efficient operation of all Events and Food & Beverage outlets
* Ensure effective Staff communication and recruitment processes are in place
* Develop and implement effective and appropriate training for all employees

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years managerial experience as Hotel Operations / General manager in a Wedding / Events focused Hotel
* Previous experience in delivering seamless food and beverage service
* Experience and ability to introduce new Food and Beverage and Event concepts
* Extensive experience managing Rooms, Sales, Finance, HR, Operations
* Excellent IT Skills including a proficient user of MS Office and excel
