MPG Recruitment are delighted to work with this well-established Irish company who are hiring a proactive IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to support and optimise customer IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Skills
* Provide high-quality phone, email, remote, and occasional onsite support to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
* Strong knowledge of networking (WAN, LAN, firewalls, security) and Microsoft server/client operating systems.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments.
* Support hybrid and cloud-first infrastructures, backups, disaster recovery, and security solutions.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills, with ability to take ownership and see issues through to resolution.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Minimum 3–4 years in a technical support role preferred; relevant IT certifications an advantage.
