Site Operations Manager Job Description
This is a six-month fixed-term contract of employment for an immediate start. Key objective: Site operations manager required for civil engineering construction contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to current Irish Health & Safety Regulations and company health & safety policy on site.
* Quality Control Oversight: Oversee quality control onsite for all aspects of the works, assist in supervision and monitoring all aspects of the works on site on a daily basis.
* Setting Out: Set out all elements of works, maintaining daily site records and testing records.
* Project Coordination: Assist in updating the works programme, supervising sub-contractors' works on site.
* Clients Liaison: Liaise with clients and their representatives, including attending regular progress update meetings, effectively and efficiently organising site facilities to meet agreed deadlines, resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
