Automation Engineer
A hands-on automation role focused on SCADA, PLC programming, and project delivery within a high-volume, 24/7 regulated manufacturing environment.
The position supports automation solutions, ensures compliance, and drives reliable system performance.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support automation systems using Intouch 9.5 SCADA, Siemens S7, and APT.
Lead and coordinate automation-related projects in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
Ensure all automation changes follow proper change control processes within a medical device-regulated environment.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication on project status and technical issues.
Operate independently as a self-starter, managing workload and priorities with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Intouch 9.5 SCADA, Siemens S7 PLCs, and APT software development.
Demonstrated understanding of change control procedures in regulated environments, ideally medical devices.
Experience managing and delivering automation projects in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
