Key Responsibilities
* Manage general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and communications in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
* Support management and team members with administrative and operational needs.
* Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
* Assist with travel arrangements, meeting organization, and internal communications.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials when required.
* Ensure the office operates smoothly and supports overall team efficiency.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
* Positive attitude, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
