The Graduate Programme is a collaborative programme across the Johnson & Johnson Campus Ireland Sites. It is aimed at high potential individuals who, when given the right tools, are empowered to proactively take responsibility, effect change and make a positive contribution to their teams and the business.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership within a production value stream and own key process activities.
* Work within the NPI process to complete process characterization, challenge testing, capability and stability runs, and qualify new products and processes to meet the annual business plan.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement activities that enhance product quality and equipment efficiency.
* Engage with personnel to resolve corrective/preventative actions addressing process‑quality manufacturing issues.
* Systematically solve problems, using data to support decision‑making.
* Ensure delivery of high‑quality, innovative products to customers in a timely and cost‑effective manner across multiple product value streams.
* Lead process redesign projects from cradle to grave, including proof‑of‑principle activity and qualification of new process equipment.
* Plan and coordinate multiple projects in an exciting environment.
* Apply troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex equipment, system, and process problems using statistical and analytical methodologies.
* Communicate findings throughout the organization.
* Stay current on the latest process‑engineering developments and technologies, and build breakthrough ideas that set new performance standards.
Essential
* Recent Graduate (2025 or due to graduate in 2026)
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physics/Chemistry/Biological Sciences or Mechanical/Material/Process Engineering
* Proven track record of delivering results
Desirable
* Knowledge of 'black‑belt' statistical techniques (DOE, Process Capability Analysis, Hypothesis Testing) and problem‑solving methodologies; familiarity with equipment validation in an FDA environment is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to peers.
