The Role
Lead multidisciplinary civil and environmental design teams delivering high-quality, sustainable projects across Ireland. Manage key client relationships, oversee technical documentation, ensure project excellence, and mentor engineering teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
What You'll Need
Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Chartered Engineer essential).
15+ years' experience in design and project management, ideally within consultancy.
Proven success leading design teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
