Facilities and Transport Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to manage our properties and transport fleet in line with our ethos, objectives, and policies.
* Manage our Clare properties and transport assets effectively, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Plan, source, safeguard, refurbish, and maintain our Clare properties & motor vehicles and related services.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Carry out responsibilities within established parameters, adhering to environmental protection, health and safety standards, fire, and building regulations.
* Ensure the needs of the organisation, people supported, and staff are met through effective planning and coordination.
This role requires excellent problem-solving, analytical, IT, and managerial skills. A full driving licence is essential for travel between sites. We value strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
