Watch Coordinator (Back-of-House)
€35,000+ DOE / Bonus / Pension / Holidays
Full-time / Immediate start / Dublin City Centre
Join a prestigious luxury retailer renowned for premium timepieces (Rolex, Patek Philippe, OMEGA, TAG Heuer and more). We're hiring a Watch Coordinator to sit back-of-house, linking Customer Service and the Workshop so every repair, adjustment and engraving runs like clockwork.
The role
* Own the repair/adjustment workflow: book-ins, job cards, engraving requests, links/batteries/straps, and quality checks.
* Rolex repair coordination: take end-to-end ownership of inbound/outbound Rolex repairs, ensuring brand standards and compliance.
* Parts management: check and track parts availability; raise and follow up on orders for the watch department/workshop to ensure sufficient supply.
* Estimates & documentation: prepare accurate estimates/quotes; send for approval; capture all notes in Excel and brand databases (incl. Rolex systems).
* Customer updates: provide clear, professional written updates on progress, ETAs, approvals and completions.
* Completions: issue collection/dispatch notifications with a concise summary of work performed.
* Records & reporting: maintain immaculate Excel/CRM records (serial numbers, reference/model codes, repair order numbers, service notes, warranty status, costs); compile weekly workshop progress reports for store and senior management.
* Liaison: work closely with watchmakers/technicians daily to progress jobs and hit SLAs; maintain constructive relationships with Rolex and other brand teams.
* Standards: uphold luxury service and brand policies across every touchpoint.
About you
* Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset.
* Fluent in Excel (filters, lookups; pivot-level comfort preferred) and confident with databases/CRMs.
* Excellent written communication—polite, concise, customer-ready.
* Calm, organised and deadline-driven in a fast, premium environment.
* Nice-to-have: genuine interest in watches (you know your links from your lugs).
