Senior Radiographer MRI
We are seeking a skilled Senior Radiographer to join our team in the MRI department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
* This role will involve providing strategic and clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of an effective, efficient, quality-assured, and patient-centered service.
* You will be responsible for carrying out general and highly complex radiographic procedures, maintaining high professional standards while adhering to current legislation.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in engaging with consultants to develop individualized view protocols that meet their needs for patient management and surgical decision-making.
* You will also be responsible for organizing, planning, and prioritizing workload according to clinical need, as well as implementing change in practice based on evidence-based practice.
* Liaising with the CSR/Radiographic Service Manager to ensure adequate trained staff are available, you will lead and be an active member of both a radiographic and multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
* A degree in Radiography or Diploma of The College of Radiographers is required, along with registration in the Radiographer's Division by The Radiographers Registration Board maintained at CORU.
* At least three years of full-time post-qualification clinical experience is necessary.
* Possession of MRSO certification is highly desirable but not essential.
