Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.


About the Role

The Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by efficiently handling various administrative and customer service-related tasks. This includes:

* Processing sales orders and monitoring order statuses
* Generating invoices and resolving queries
* Responding to customer inquiries and communicating requirements to the production team
* Managing inventory levels and updating stock records
* Performing various administrative tasks to support customer service, finance, and production teams


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Customer Service: Accurately process sales orders, monitor and manage order statuses, generate invoices, resolve queries, respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, act as a point of contact between customers and the production team, communicate customer requirements and feedback to the shop floor, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
* Office: Perform various administrative tasks to support customer service, finance and production teams as required, maintain and manage CRM system, maintain organised and efficient filing systems, both digital and hard copies (as required), pro-actively handle day-to-day queries and support activities for the customer service, finance and production teams, manage office supplies inventory and place orders, as necessary, plan and implement new office procedures, alongside your colleagues, manage contracts with suppliers and customers.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 3+ years experience in a similar customer service / office role
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Experience with ERP / CRM systems is highly desirable
