This commitment has enabled us to retain talent and foster a strong work ethic throughout the group.Job descriptionHoliday Inn Dublin Airport is a 421 bedroom hotel and has an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our team.Reporting to the Head Chef, the Junior Sous Chef will assist with the running of the kitchen, supervise all kitchen staff and liaise with all Food & Beverage teams to ensure that guest needs are provided for.
