This role requires exceptional time management, confidentiality, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, streamline daily activities, and enable the principal to focus on high-priority responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the principal's daily schedule, calendar, and appointmentsCoordinate personal and professional travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and logisticsAct as gatekeeper and first point of contact for communications (phone calls, emails, correspondence)Handle personal errands, shopping, and ad hoc tasksOversee household staff or liaise with service providers and contractorsManage confidential documents, bills, and expensesOrganise personal & charity events, dinners, or social functions as requiredRun errands such as dry cleaning, groceries, car maintenance, etc.Maintain and update contact lists, records, and filesAssist with personal projects, philanthropic endeavours, or investments if requiredSkills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar roleImpeccable organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion, integrity, and professionalismProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management toolsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureFlexibility to travel as neededFull Drivers LicenceExperience in private households, luxury environments, or high-net-worth settings is a plusWorking Hours:Mon-Fri 9am–5pm, flexible with on-call availability, occasional weekendsCompensation & Benefits:Salary €55k-€60kHybrid working role with huge level of autonomy & flexibilityDiscretionary bonusPension / Paid time off / Travel expenses / Other perksTo apply please contact Richard Minchin on the Lex Consultancy team
