Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, organised, and tech-savvy junior professional to join our growing Multimedia and Account Support Team.
This hybrid role blends multimedia content creation with AV and IT support for digital signage networks.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and meticulous in managing data, content schedules, and campaign reporting—while also eager to learn the technical side of digital signage hardware/software.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Account Manager in supporting digital signage clients and campaigns.
Create and adapt multimedia content (motion graphics, video, and graphics) for use on digital signage platforms.
Deploy, schedule, and monitor content across global industry-leading content management systems (CMS).
Support the setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of media players (Windows/Android-based).
Monitor signage network performance, ensuring content accuracy, screen uptime, and timely reporting.
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for both internal teams and clients using Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
Maintain meticulous campaign records and ensure client content libraries are up to date.
Collaborate with internal design, tech, and client service teams to deliver seamless projects.
Research and troubleshoot issues in both software and hardware environments, escalating where needed.
Contribute ideas for process improvements, workflow efficiency, and creative content solutions.
Skills & Requirements
Strong interest in digital media, IT systems, and AV technology.
Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
IT literacy and comfort working on Windows and Android platforms (Linux is a plus).
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or coding basics is a bonus but not required.
Education & Experience
Preferably a degree (or equivalent experience) in Multimedia, Motion Graphics, Computer Science, AV Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience with digital signage, video production, or IT support is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.

Additional Details
This role is based at our Ballymount office in Dublin 12.
Hybrid work arrangements may be considered after initial onboarding.
