Key Responsibilities:

* Manage 23 projects simultaneously, each with a site manager in place for day-to-day operations

* Lead project planning, including preparation of construction programmes

* Set and monitor daily/weekly tasks for site managers to ensure smooth progress

* Act as the main liaison with clients and their design teams
">
* Review and manage drawing packages and design issues
">
* Oversight and maintenance of quality standards on site, addressing and resolving issues as required
">
* Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
">

Requirements:

* 10+ years experience in the construction industry (minimum)
">
* A third-level qualification in site management, engineering, or a related trade background with proven experience
">
* Strong reporting, analytical, and IT skills
">
* Up-to-date certifications IOSH Managing Safety in Construction Occupational First Aid Relevant CSCS / CPD training
