FRS Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Administrator (Agri) on behalf of a leading Irish Agribusiness based in North Tipperary. Location: North Tipperary Position: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate (for the successful candidate) Hours: Monday to Friday, Office-based Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a professional and friendly service. Accurately create and process sales orders within the internal system. Prepare quotations, confirm pricing, and follow up with customers as required. Manage and respond to website and online shop enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Oversee the end-to-end processing of online orders, ensuring prompt fulfilment and delivery. Maintain and update the company's web shop - including product details, pricing, images, and stock levels. Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Parts, and Operations to resolve queries and ensure excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records and documentation, contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives. Support ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as directed by management. Skills & Experience Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus. Proficient computer skills, including order entry systems, email, and spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Good understanding of agricultural products and machinery is highly desirable. Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing is an advantage.
