About the Role
This is a hands-on design job with leadership responsibilities at an office location.
* Create and manage design programs in line with client contractual agreements.
* Work closely with the estimating team, contributing technical expertise and value engineering at the tender stage.
* Partner with the Production Manager to ensure manufacturing requirements are met and processes are optimized.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across Ireland.
* Collaborate with client design teams, external consultants, and site teams to address queries on live projects.

Requirements:
* Experience: Modular, timber frame, steel structure, tier 1 contractor or from a large design company.
* European design and build experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Auto CAD.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
