Accommodation Team Lead Job Summary
This is a senior hospitality role with responsibility for supervising the daily operations of our hotel's accommodation department. The Accommodation Supervisor will oversee a team of staff to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our premises at a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality industry, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. This role requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, inclusive of public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Accommodation Manager in maintaining a clean and well-presented environment.
* Supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services are delivered.
* Manage stock levels and report maintenance issues as required.
* Deal with customer complaints professionally and report back to the Accommodation Manager.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry or similar field.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, inclusive of public holidays.
