Stotz Equipment, a 24-location John Deere Dealer, is looking for a full-time Sales Invoicing Specialist to work out of our Avondale Corporate office. What you'll do
This position will be responsible for equipment invoicing and procurement. They will need to communicate effectively with others, at all levels of the company, can shift gears quickly, stay organized.
Must also know the following tasks:
* Ensure accuracy and find Incentives and orders
* Worked with and familiar with JD Quote system, CERES, and JD Sales Center
* Understanding of JD Customer Payoff
* Can create and stay organized while creating Used Tags for Trade-In Equipment
* Understanding of Customer Accounting
* Familiar with using the Sales Task Queue
* Understanding of Sales HUB
* Has worked with and understands Powergard Purchases
* Knowledge and understanding of equipment rentals.
* Engage in creative problem-solving as needed to help accomplish sales department and company objectives.
* Be a true relationship builder ready and willing to assist the sales department or other departments if needed
Qualifications
What's Required
* At least 2+ years in Sales Administration
* Experience working on a computer – familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
* A positive attitude and willingness to work hard and to learn and understand our business.
What's Preferred
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Familiarity with agricultural, construction, or mowing equipment is a plus but not required.
