Job Overview
* As a seasoned construction professional, we are seeking an accomplished Construction Project Manager to lead our large-scale engineering and construction projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage client expectations and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
* Liaise with Geospatial surveying and BIM co-ordination teams on project requirements.
* Develop and implement weekly/monthly work task plans for project teams.
* Collaborate with company directors on planning and costing estimates for projects.
Requirements:
* Engineering or construction background degree.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in managing construction and engineering projects within pharmaceutical/data centre/semi conductor sectors.
* Proven track record of successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
* Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated ability in creating and updating construction programmes.
