Event and Hospitality Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Event & Hospitality Manager to lead and enhance all aspects of a bespoke catering services and events company.
* Manage event bookings, coordinate catering orders, oversee payment processes, support menu development, and drive sales growth with both existing and prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with catering clients, provide excellent customer service, and follow up post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Support the Sales Team by generating new leads, upselling to existing clients, and assisting in the creation of customised and seasonal catering packages and menus in collaboration with chefs and management.

* Experience in events management, hospitality, or sales, preferably a combination.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
