Electrical Engineering Leadership Position
This is a senior appointment responsible for leadership, governance, and technical expertise in Electrical Engineering Design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies to forecast and plan required capability and capacity across the Group.
* Support Business Units with strengthening and growing their departments.
* Identify and develop targeted areas of electrical engineering specialization.
* Align and develop cross-functional competencies with Architecture and other Engineering Disciplines.
* Define design activities and deliverables to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have a passion for Electrical Engineering, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
