Tipperary is seeking a Junior Estimator to join its commercial and tendering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in engineering, construction, or quantity surveying to develop their estimating career in a supportive and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions for engineering and construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and scope documentation Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing Support senior estimators and commercial staff in compiling competitive bids Assist with post-tender clarifications and cost comparisons Keep track of tender documentation and update bid trackers Requirements: Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 02 years experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or procurement (internships or placements considered) Strong attention to detail and numerical skills Good communication and organisational abilities Proficiency in Excel and an interest in learning estimating software Whats on Offer: Salary of €35,000 €45,000 depending on experience Career development with training from experienced commercial professionals Exposure to a range of engineering and construction projects Supportive work environment with long-term opportunities
